Viviendo ANH-VCO is processed naturally from fresh coconut milk, extracted from the kernels of carefully selected mature Philippine coconuts that have passed rigid quality control. ANH-VCO comes from naturally separated coconut milk; harvested and decanted manually at the proper time; filtered by the use of fine meshed laboratory filters to make sure that all natural impurities are carefully filtered out as well as any microorganism that may be present.

Viviendo ANH-VCO is processed following the COLD PROCESS - A No Heat Method, but still maintains a low moisture content of .11% to .13%. Viviendo ANH-VCO has a .1% FFA because we make sure that our VCO is harvested at the proper time, filtered and bottled at a determined moment and processed in a controlled & sanitary environment. Viviendo ANH-VCO's low moisture content and FFA are achieved because we strictly adhere to a studied and proven harvesting and decanting procedure using a very efficient technique.

Viviendo ANH-VCO is made from 100% carefully selected fresh coconuts, of the right age and maturity, of the preferred variety, to attain a high lauric acid content up to 59%. ANH-VCO is not subjected to heat and does not undergo any further processing such as bleaching and deodorizing. Viviendo ANH-VCO is painstakingly processed in small quantities daily, to ensure that all products maintain the desired high quality.
